One standout feature is the perfectly cooked stonebaked pizzas, offering a crispy yet light texture that transports your taste buds straight to Naples. Customers rave about the generous portion sizes, ensuring you leave satisfied without emptying your wallet.

The warm, welcoming staff adds to the overall experience, making each visit enjoyable and memorable. Many patrons also appreciate the wide variety of garlic-based dishes, especially the fried garlic dough balls, which pair perfectly with the tasty pizza and pasta.

Another highlight is the Lavazza coffee, often hailed as one of the best in the area, making it a great way to end your meal on a high note.

Most Disliked

Despite its many positives, some diners express concerns about wait times, especially during peak hours. The popularity of AlfrescoNapoli can lead to bustling crowds, which may intrude on the dining experience, especially for those looking for a quiet meal.

A few reviews mention that the layout can feel cramped when the restaurant is busy, impacting the overall vibe and comfort. Some suggest improving the ordering system to minimize wait times for takeout, allowing for a smoother experience.

Lastly, while the menu boasts a wide array of options, diners point out that certain specialty items can run out quickly, leaving them disappointed when they visit later in the day.

I never thought I can get a truly Italian experience here in the uk… I’ve been to Italy so many times and this place it’s like a teleport. You go in, with the first bite you’re being teleported to Italy. Amazing chef, I guess he’s Italian and this is the reason why pizza was so perfect. I can’t wait to go back and try more! Well done 👏🏻

Went here for some lunch, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are really nice. The interior of the restaurant has a nice delicate Italy touch. We got two 12" pizzas, they were something in between napolian style and a thin base pizzza, the dough was crispy from the outside but nice and delicate on the inside . The tomato base was really nice and fresh. The pizza does fill you up quite well, would recommend.

Food absolutely amazing really really tasty we will definitely be back. We had a bolognese pizza and a garlic chicken pizza🍕 garlic mayo was really nice too. Hoping in the future you might be able to phone your order through to collect rather than wait so long but once ordered food was really quick and was definitely worth the wait . Also felt like the queue was intruding in people sitting inside enjoying their food but will definitely go back again 👍 lovely

Food is fantastic but a missed opportunity. The sit in restaurant is cold with no atmosphere. Put a wood burner in, play some Italian music and either get a drinks license or allow people to bring their own and the place would be wall to wall.
